This allows us to file your Companies House forms online using the Companies House Efiling Service which is specifically for accountants and other presenters who file volumes of forms.
For your information actual annual accounts still need to be filed by post with Companies House although there is a proposal for combined H M Revenue & Customs and Companies House Efiling which is under consideration. We are now able to register new companies on line; normally within 24 hours.
Please sign and return the letter. We need an original signature so please mail this back. It does not override the facility for filing forms manually.
Efiling forms will be prepared from your verbal or written instructions and are filed on the basis of your electronic signature which we will apply on your behalf.

All new employees need to complete these unless they have a P45 to give you on the day they start. Please ask them to complete a P46 now even if they expect to receive a P45 from their previous employer at sometime in the future. You can send these to us by post, fax or email.
